It was online this morning at 8:00 , I made a booking, it went down again, I rescheduled after 30 minutes, then it's down again. I hope the booking I made will not disappear !

Quick question to Forum Members, If you try you reschedule the appointment does that automatically cancel the old one if new one is not selected/confirmed.

Yes it does and when you try to reschedule the message is clear that your current appointment will be automatically delete before rescheduling.

No it doesn't
UKBA website message is wrong.

IF you try to reschedule and look for other available appointments but Do not select any and come back to main page - then your original appointment will remain same.

I have tried it many times.

Since the online booking system is down, is there any other way to book appointment for PEO?

I want to book for first week of June.

I have noticed the online booking system is down during the day time. It works flawless between 8pm - 8am evenings and early mornings.

I have booked an appointment for Solihull exactly mid-night.

As the clocked turned 00:00 and I hit search and there were plenty of appointments available. As I tried earlier few minutes ago there were none available. So the appointments are most certainly released mid-night 00:00.

I had an appointment on 24th which was cancelled. I booked another one on 25-04-12 @7.40am for 27th April at 8.05?

Is there any problem, as they 48hrs thing. I think they should have my details as I already had an appointment but this time different PEO. Do they have a centralised system to access our files or something else?

I tried this morning but its been giving technical problem error. Has anyone managed to book an appointment for next week? Please share your experience.

ajs, I have noticed the online booking system is now always down between 0800 am till 2000hrs.

But the online booking system is online and works flawless between 2000hrs and 0800am.

I tried booking an appoint last night and it was successfull.

Try tonight at 0001hrs you should be able to book it.

Let us know what they say when you phone them?

They say no appointments for next week, but can give one for may 30th. it looks like they do give appointments on phone if we give reason website giving technical error fault.
I want for next week, so will keep trying between 8pm and 0800am.

If anyone wants for may end or after and unable to book online, try calling them and should help.

the online booking system is working now, but dont see any dates for next day.

scrapper - were you able to see any appointments for next week? I need an appointment for next week either croydon or b'gham, any options you know I can try?

ajs, are you trying to book a family appointment or a single appointment. I booked a family appointment and these appointments are hard to come by and are taken instantly as they are released.

You might be able to book a single appointment for mid May.

Its for single appt. yeah getting an early appointment is seeming quite tough, was sitting all night till 1am refreshing to see if any slots become available and i had one for 4th may, but by time i filled details someone might have grabbed it, the appointment was no longer available.
I got one for b'gham finally. phew!!
