Hi guys,
My application has been rejected under the past earning section stating that the evidence provided is not sufficient.
I am currently under the SEGS scheme searching jobs which I havent yet found. I graduated on 13th Decenber 2005 and have been under the SEGS since February 2005. In the rejection letter it was stated that my application is being rejected as I havent provided evidence from january 2006 (after my graduation) till october 2006 (the date i made my application) for my earnings.
I am planning to send my application for review clarifying the following:
1. I am on SEGS for 10 months and not 1 year.
2. In that time i was looking for full time job which i havent got yet.
3. I have been asked by companies during interview for either a work permit or HSMP as SEGS is not extendable.
Is that enough in the review request. If anyone has any suggestions, please post.
Thank you.
