No DHL in our town, there is something called TCS which takes 4 days. So should get it by Thursday if they submit tomorrow.

Yes it seems what is missing is the NADRA Marriage Certificate, which is being printed off with the correct details since there were missing details the first time around, got letters from everyone which are stamped, to say it was a chicken up by them.

I'll hopefully has it submitted and fee paid online by 10 May at the latest. I won't use a lawyer, I mean I won't pay one, but I'll get a run through from one of them and submit myself.

It's fairly simple Syma, they refused VISA on thing only, marriage isn't registered with NADRA.

In terms of news for you, I got a friend who appealled for his brother, I think 12 March or around that time, I think he said deadline given was start of September or something, but he had a ton of refusal reasons he did.
@King2be98

Have your registered your Marriage Certificate from relevant Union Council? Its stamped on your Nikah Nama
NADRA Is different Organization.

Agree nadra is separate to the union council. The uk a websites state that the certificate needs be registered with union council.

Check this before u submit the appeal. As far as im aware all imams register the nikka with the union council, or atleast they should, it seems some don't, as was the case with u...

Yeh I did ask at the time, I was informed that it was, obviously not the case.

It's sorted now, hopefully will submit appeal within a few days. Depending on how quick docs are sent from Pakistan to here.

I know a couple of others now who were refused for the same reason within the last few months and they are now re-united with their spouse after the appeal.

I think that this point should be included with Batley's info on page 217, in fact if possible Batley's info + plus info like this, should be made the opening post in this thread or as a seperate sticky thread.

If they haven't contacted your work places, it's almost certainly because you've provided enough evidence to show you're employed there. I wouldn't worry about it, sometimes ECMs contact for re-assurance, but most of the time headed letters and pay slips and money into the bank accounts are sufficient evidence.

It was stamped, and registered, however it was not entered onto the NADRA system (ie. into the database), according to the UC. Anyways it's all done now.

Brother,

Alhamdulillah, as per my working, NADRA is not important requirement. But NM should be registered with Union Council.

My status changed from application forwarded to bhc. To Application under process at bhc.

Just a quick question I work as a flight attendant and usually spend lot of time abroad, I hope this will not go negatively towards my wife's application.

Why is it some peoples applications go to bhc and some go to embassy for processing what's the difference.
I thought it was the same thing.

Thanks in advance guys

As a lawyer, i can quite safely say, an immigration lawyer would be quite crappy at his job if he got rejected himself.

Anyways, King has requested to end the battle.
