Hi Ashish,

Congratulations!! on your smooth EC.

Even, I would be applying for EC in VFS-Mumbai, most-probably, next month.

I dont mean to ask the personel question - but if you do not mind would you be able to throw some light on how much fund should we show to justify a 2-Year EC for HSMP?

Secondly, did you enclose any UK job-offer along with EC application?

Many Thanks

Hi,

No..I didnt show any Job releveant papers...
I just showed what ever i have written in the cover letter(it its prresent in my 1st Post....same thread)..

Abt. financial back up, the more the marrier..But i guess for 2 ppl. u can show 10,000 Pounds and for 1 person 5000 GBP shd. be enough(Considering 1000 Per month as your expences, u can survive for 5 months without a job)

Hope it helps:)

Hi Ashish,
Thanks for your reply. One more clarification:
Do we need to put all the documents in a Folder (like when we sent for HSMP) and give to VFS (or) we need to give the docs only to VFS and they will arrange accordingly?
Looking forward to your reply.
Regards,
srib

Hi Ashish,
In the VAF1 Form, do we need to fill 'Section 7 - Employment in the United Kingdom'? If yes, could you tell what we need to mention?
