Stages?

Post by MrE2012 » Sat Apr 28, 2012 4:18 pm

Can someone tell me what the exact stage process

Is the Pakistan BHC the Pakistani Embassy or not?

And also is there a case that they dont prioritise the more the clear and easy cases? they just pile them up to be sent together to save them sending them individually or in smaller batches

Yes they do that, the 19 April batch of which a couple were refused including myself and several other granted are the example.

Hang in there mate, you just applied in March, some Jan guys still waiting.

Hi every body.

Sorry to hear about all of you whose Visas has been refused...Please keep patient...& Strong Faith in God.

Help please!!!!

My Nikkah Nama has English & URDU sides as provided by the Imam and 2 seals on it......Futher,My wife has also received a Marriage Certificate upon Registration with Union Council in Karachi.

However, The Union Council did not Endorse the ORGINAL Nikah Namma..As UKBA websites tells you it must be registered & endorsed by the Union Council.

Is that Ok ? As I am quite worried now.

Nikah Nama

Post by Rehan Arain » Sat Apr 28, 2012 7:52 pm

@ Gregarious.

Thanks mate.

Second page of Nikah Nama has 2 seals.

1- The Seal of the Nikah Registrar ( in the middle it says Ward no....Union Council)

2- Second seal Imam's name in the middle & in the surrounding masjid name.

I also have Nadra marrige certificte recieved when my wife registered the nikah with Union Council.

Not sure whether, Additionaly....We also need to endorse the original nikah nama.....Or should that be enough ?

You are fine, Alhamdulillah..............Some Union Council authorized Imam's to sign on their behalf as well.

HI

TO *Y3NVY*...

how do you know if they will deal with your Visa in islamabad?..
also have you recieved a verification call yet, to confirm some facts in your application.

DID ANYONE RECIEVE A CALL FROM THE ENTRY CLEARANCE OFFICER TO GO CLEAR SOME DOUBTS?

because its not clear if this call is a norm or a rare occurance

To Munchies27

How sure are you about this, because i believe if that was the case then the process should be smoother and less time consuming if not sending the applications to be assessed can save time on travelling time.

mrE2012 i have learnt from previous posts that this is most likely the case now. some of the dec n jan applications went to embassy for decision n some were done in BHC without going to dubai. also wen my hubby submitted in lahore he was told the settlement visas r dealt within islamabad...which was in march.

Currently the requirement is £111.45 per week after your expenditure, but this is set to rise substantially soon, to £25,700 a year. .
