Tier 1 extention - are contracts required?

Post by Dimitri » Sun Apr 29, 2012 10:00 am

Hi All,

A question about supporting evidence when extending Tier 1 as a sole trader: apart from:
accountants letters + tax returns,
HMRC evidence,
Bank statements,
Company insurance certificate,
Invoices
Does one need to send UKBA contracts signed with clients for who the work was done (in my case consultancy work)?

Please advise.

Many thanks,

/D

No that is not an necessity .. You are not judged by HO basis of th contracts and agreements but it's always a supporting document.. But as I said you are not bound to send it.. All the best.

Contracts are not necessary as rpsarangi has also stated above. In the guidance, there is no mention of them.
