I just come across one immigration case.

My friend applied recently for tier 2 sponsorship employment with 3217 occupation code (pharmacy technician) and her application refused as it is not graduate level job.

I got work permit as a pharmacy technician in 2007 and due for ILR in July 2012. I am wondering, will my application be refused because of this code 3217 ( pharmacy technician ) as it is not graduate level code? At time of application, My employer claimed that this job is graduate level job. I needed entry clearance as it was out of country application

I am really worried it this job now no more graduate level job and I can't get ILR.

Please help me.
