Post by raja999 » Mon Apr 30, 2012 7:46 pm

Hi All,
Finally ILR Granted today. I was on work permit 5 years same employer. Today got appointment at 12:30 and was asked for 3 months
bank statement, 3 month salary slips and employer letter. I got lots of
other documents with me in a folder. I was called on counter 4 and within
one hour and 20 minute all process was completed i .e security check
interview , fee and biometric check . The lady at interview today me
that they are granting me ILR. They asked me to come back after 1.5 hours
to collect document. Came back after 1.5 hours and got the letter .

Overall experience was very good. The whole procedure was quick and everyone there was very friendly.

thx

Post by eraihia » Mon Apr 30, 2012 8:28 pm

Hi Raj999

I have a PEO appointment end of May 2012 and I have also been with same employer for 5 years like yourself.

Can I ask please what exactly was in your employer letter please as it obviously was correct?

Thank you- really appreciate any help.

Hi,
Employer letter format i copied from
http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=76413

with just minor change of wording offcourse. On letter

1) SOC code
2) you current salary
3) you current salary is equal or more than w.r.t SOC CODE
4) your company still required you for work

thanks,
