settlement visa

Dear Mr John

i have applied 2years nack for a visiting visa and was refused and i also appealed it was not also granted based on the fact that she was still a student and to meet up with the financial aspeact of the trip.but now she had finished her school and she said i should come with my daughter to join her finally.
please advise me on this.hope they will not refuse me again

please tell me what to do.i have once applied for a visiting visa to visit my wife and i was refused and when i appealed it was not also granted based on the fact that she was still a student and to meet up with the financial status.but she had finished her school now and she wanted myself and my daughter to come and settledown with her and live with her.

hope i will be considered for that.please adivse me.i have all doc and my uncle will also be supporting me with 300pnds monthly
