Has anyone yet got ILR with court fine for any Traffic offence? Please clear doubts

"Court fine" is not a parameter that a settlement application is assessed on, "unspent conviction" is.

You'll know the answer to your question if you first ascertain whether the court fine imposed on you is a result of a conviction that falls within the purview of Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
