HI ALL

Please advise what are the options available to me

Came to UK April 2004
Been full time employed since June 2004
Salary Above £35000
Own House with mortgage

Visa Expires on 19 Feb 2008
Masters Degree Final Result will be out on March 2008 as I am doing my MBA part time from UK Univ
Have UK Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration as a part of MBA part time program
Age will be 32 on Feb 2008

If you already hold a bachelor's degree you can easily pass

Do you have it?

If not, talk to your university to give some sort of Provisional certificate stating you have completed the degree by february 2008 itself & a letter that final degree will be given on march, and try with it, Thats the only option. Hope caseworker wont be that harsh for extension application like in initial applications

You still have one more option

If you are 100% sure that the point 75 is unattainable, then now ask your employer to sponser your workpermit now itself and switch to work permit from HSMP

This has to be done soon , since home office given this grace period only for some time.

Nope I dont hold any degree

what I have been told is that PGDBA is higher than bachelors degree, can I get it evailuated from NRIC or some professional recognising body
