Need help: SET (O)

Post by Umesh2211 » Tue May 01, 2012 9:33 pm

Hello friends
I am going to apply for ilr after 5 yrs with the same employer
In SET (o) section 11B says - work permit holder must provide following documents
* Document(s) confirming that you have spent a continuous period of 5 yrs in the uk -
So what shall I provide for that?

Please let me know any suggestion

Thanks

in addition to p60s you need to get a letter from your employer stating your job title, the matching Standard Occupation Classification code (SOC) and that your salary is above the minimum as stated in the SOC guidance. The letter should also state that you are still required for the employment in question.
Check sticky letter for wp/t2 holders http://www.immigrationboards.com/viewtopic.php?t=76413
Check SOC codes here http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... iew=Binary

As far as I know for Pharmacy technician the code is 2213 and the minimum pay is £17,732

I got an appointment at Croydon on 17th may for ILR. I filled up the form but I just confused in section 6.1 where it says
When did you (main applicant ) first enter the uk? This refers to the date of your first entry on to the uk at the beginning of he period of stay on which this application is based on.

I came on Working Holiday Maker visa on 23/04/2006 (2yr) which I can't count that time to apply for ILR . Roughly after 1 yr I got work permit . After that I went to my country to visit and I came back on 28/10/2007 .

My actual work permit was started on 12/06/2012 - so in section 6.1 which date I have to fill up .

Need urgent Advice

Any suggestions will be Appreciated.......
Thank you
