What documents can we submit for cohabitation and also how many months?

It depends what form you are using. For SET(M) home office is more strict, however for SET(O) they are not that strict, but you still have to provide sufficient documents to prove you and your spouse are living together.

I gave tons of documents to case worker and he only chose the following and returned everything back to me.

• Joint Council Tax Bills (covering last 2 years)
• Joint House Rent Statements (covering last 2 years)
• Joint Bank Account Statements (covering last 2 years)

Umesh2211 is applying on the basis of WP so I would think he would be using one SET(O) form
