8 months earnings confusion ....

Please comment on section 62 and 34 for FLR (HSMP) guidelines. My case is that
HSMP visa stamped in pakistan in January
Came to UK in March
Found a job of 30K in mid June

Now, at the end of December my total job in UK will be 6.5 months NOT 8 months and since section 62 and 34 applicable to me. My understanding is that i should claim 45 points from section 62 (salary above 26K/anum) and 5 points from section 34 (UK experience), please comment that why I should not?
OR
I should claim 30 points in section 62 for salary of 20K of 8 months. Though I have been working for only 6.5 months.

things dont work like that.
they will only take consideration your salary earned before your current leave expires, no matter what is your annual salary is.
I am also in the same situation.

I'm not clear on the extension requirement for previous earnings.

This question is based on if I never studied or worked in the UK before getting HSMP. If after HSMP approval, EC clearance then working in the UK for the first time (under HSMP and for the appropriate salary) can I for extension purposes claim the 5 points for past earnings in the UK.
