Tier-1 Dependent Visa Rejected, Please Help regarding Appeal

Hi guys

My wife applied for Tier-1 Dependent visa from Delhi on 19 April and she got the Refusal letter today.

The reason for refusal is written as lack of Evidence of Subsisting relationship and lack of evidence of my employment.

we have submitted Marriage Certificate/ Marriage Pics/ Wedding Cards but looks like this evidence is not enough.

I am now thinking of submitting following documents

Skype chat history
Call Details
Mails
Facebook data common to both of us
My ticket when i went to india for marriage

Also
my payslips
bank statements showing salary credit
Employer letter

Now please advise, will this evidence be enough or shall i submit something else, if so then please suggest what else should i submit.

And another big problem is the appeal process

i am in london and my wife is in delhi, so whats the best way to appeal

shall i go to Paper or Verbal appeal, any pro and cons

Any other info that i might be missing

recently i have applied and i got my tier 1 dependent visa

the documents i have submitted is

marriage certificate
wedding photos (group photos)
letter from bank for maintainance fund and 3 months bank statement
sponsor letter
rent agreement, rent receipt, NOC letter from land lord
Employment letter, offer and appointment letter of spouse
payslips with company's seal and sign and salary credited statement

You can submit below docs to show subsisting relationship -

a)Flight ticket of India visit
b)Marriage invitation card
c)Engagement and marriage photos
d)Photos after marriage
f)Bank Letter confirming any joint bank account in India
g)Indian Life Insurance Policy with wife's name as a nominee
h)Wife's Indian identification card like voters id showing your name as her husband
i) Copies of email conversation
j) Phone call logs of India and UK phone number showing daily and regular phone calls
k)Copies of Skype call logs/chats and photos
l) Money transfer receipts/records to yuor wife in india

For employment, you can show the employer reference letter, appoinment letter, pay-slips for last 3 months
