Bulgarian $Romanian application takes longer?

Please can any one tell me from experience howmany Bugarian $ anf Roamanian non EU family members the Homes office will take to respond and do they required COA? PLEASE HELP HERE. Thanks

Hi tosh,

I'm non-eea family member of a Bulgarian. I applied for my RC in November 2011 and still wait for it. HO doesn't provide us in our case with COA.

and for your case i think the are processing it now check the web which application they are prossessing now

and according to the EU DIRECTIVE are we not have treaty rights for COA . Do u mean this is how the H/O thinks that we are not qualified for COA? THANKS REPLY
