so nobody got any updates today

yes i am still waiting. Now I am not worried about the time but result.

my MP got a response saying that they process 95% of cases in 12 weeks and 100% within 24 weeks and that my case is under process and until all checks haven't been done a decision cannot be made. exactly the same response as I got when I emailed them. I didn't see any point in getting my MP involved. did anyone else get a better response?

AOA MrE2012,

applicants and sponsor do not get a call from an ECO, unless they require further clarification on details provided to them.
Most sponsors do not receive calls at all, as an ECO will base decision on whatever documents were presented with the application and check and verify each item. Hence the lengthy process of the issue of the VISA.

I strongly suggest you read the posts from January onwards and you will get a good feel of the UKBA visa process.

I would suggest sabr and some distractions as once you have sent the application there is nothing more you can do until 60+ days have passed and even then UKBA will send out standard email replies that they are doing checks,,, etc.

The problem is the UKBA ECO's do not follow a set path, it seems that they go by a case by case path, therefore what you will experience will differ from the other applicants experience.

I suggest you read the previous posts and get a feel for what to expect, and wait at least 60+ days before considering any actions.

The bit in orange/red is the one you want so you click on 'information available.'

I believe it is the title register you want as that shows who the owner is and what type of mortgage they have.

there have been lots of applicants who have not submitted their land registry deeds yet have been successful.

Batch is processed in embassy, but as our statuses are under process at BHC, these cases are processed turn by turn basis.

Most solicitors firms can charge upto £10.
