Director of a limited company Tier 2...urgent

Hi friends,

I wanted to know if I can do contracting via a Limited company that has sponsored my Tier 2 visa?

Do I need to be a director in the company to do contracting via an agency. Please help!!!

Not sure what you mean when you say "do contracting" ... but you cannot be "self-employed" when in UK as a Tier 2 migrant.

Under Part 6A of these Rules, "Self-Employed" means an applicant is registered as self-employed with HM Revenue & Customs, or is employed by a company of which the applicant is a controlling shareholder.
