and for those waiting insha_allah good news is coming

no news from my end yet js MP told me that decision has been made coz he rang BHC for me last thursday but i never heard myself anytng yet

gerrys has not yet received my passports yet

may allah SWT keep us away from ways of shetan ameeen

my case was submited in isb

Its been a really good experience to join the forum, whilst waiting for the outcome of the application. I have been able to seek advise from others which has been v helpful.

A polite not, be vary of some who unnecessarily put you down for no reason, and see themselves as "know it all" and show rude and aggressive behaviour towards other users. Its all. B.S.

My name is Uroos Atif, my husband is a British Citizen. I got Spouse visa in may 2009 and i stayed in UK till march 2010. Due to some personal reasons my husband and me arrived in Pakistan in March 2010. My spouse visa expired in August 2011. Now we want to go back n settle in UK. We have been married for 4 years. My husband is doing job in Pakistan right now. He has got British Passport so he has no issues in returning but What do I have to do to go with him. Is it possible that we apply for my spouse visa while he is with me in Pakistan and then we would return together ? What are the requirements and what are the possibilities ?
Please guide us about it.

i think he need to show payslips and bank statement of 3 month for applying a spouse settlement visa .ur case is different u shuld ask to the lawyer they will guide you better
