earned holidays during notice period

Dear all,

I have been working for this employer since last 2 years and have resigned by giving 3 months notice as per my employment contract.

for every completed month we earn 2 holidays which means I get 24 holidays in one year. Now my query is will I earn 2 holidays for each completed months during my notice period as well?

since I am currently service my 3 months notice period does it means I will earn 6 holidays during my 3 months notice period as well.

In my understanding I will certainly entitled to earn 6 holidays during this notice period as well however, before I discuss this with my employer I would be grateful if experts can provide me their opinion.

I would be grateful for an early response.

Raj,

Yes the 3 months will also accrue some holidays. I have had a similar situation an was told it was so by HR.
