Photocopies of documents for PEO ILR application

Post by psb » Fri May 04, 2012 2:31 pm

I am not sure which documents are required to be photocopied for an ILR PEO application.

Form states 'You should photocopy each of these documents and provide the copies in addition to the originals'

From this I understand that I need to photocopy everything.

I took copies for every single document with me but the case worker chose the following. So I would suggest to take copies of at least these (as it saves case worker’s time and he/she can decide your application quickly).

• Last 12 pay slips
• Last 12 bank statements
• Last 2 years council tax (for cohabitation)
• Last 2 years bank statements (for cohabitation)
• Life In the UK Test
• Previous and Current Passports
• All visas (HSMP & Tier-1 Ext)

Yes, try to take photocopies of all Linkers suggested.
I carried two files one for originals and another for photocopies, arranged in the same order.
