ILR Application.

Hi

I'm applying for ILR for my partner in person at the public office.

My wife originally applied for the fiancee visa, then FLR and now ILR. She has no bad immigration history, I am working and earn a ok salary, have savings in both my personal account and my wifes. I have 2 years of documents in our names respectively plus other supporting docs.

we are Living with parents since the fiancee visa, but i contribute monthly but my parents are responsible for the rent bills etc..
I also have a daughter with my partner.


Is that ok for applying for the visa?
i also wanted to check if living with my parents who pay the rent etc with be a problem though that has always been the case since the fiancee visa.
