yes my mp mailed them and the response he got was the same as i got which was they process 95% of cases in 12 weeks and 100% in 24 weeks. my mp said he cnt do anything until 24 weeks r up

"To deliver our customer service targets, please notify us if your visa application process has exceeded 12 weeks from the date of submission of your application."

i e-mailed them on my 60 working days too nd they havent replied anything not even an automated mesage?
