Cohabitation Proof

Post by sameer_77 » Fri Dec 09, 2011 4:05 pm

I am planning to apply for ILR with my dependent on the basis of completing 5 years on Tier 1 visa.

Can someone please tell me what other documents I can provide to proof cohabitation if I don't have the following:

Joint bank statement
Council tax letter
Joint Bill

Thanks

Hi,

You can provide other letters in single name eg. gas, electric, water, TV, telephone bills or GP letters, NI letters, savings statements, share statements etc.

if wife is working, then payslip, p60..something should be arranged.
Also good to have for atleast two years.

Ask ur gp to give letter.

dear avtarjain
can you pls suggest did you include your child in the ILR application form or not.
if not, is he born in U.K. thats why u did not include him in to the application.

when you booked your appt in croydon peo , do they take set(o)fee money from you while you were booking your appt online 40 days before or you paid the application fee when you arrive on peo on 1st may 2012.

is it possible you can pass me your number or email id to discuss few very important things from you personally? that will be gr8 help if you can?

Hi Virgo2012,

I have not included my son with set(O) because he is UK born and hence eligible for British nationality after my ILR.
I have paid on counter of PEO on day of appt

Abt personal id I wud suggest discussion to be in forum to help other members and also to get advices by seniors. However I can be reached at avtarjain@yahoo.com[/list]
