TIER1 Extension Final Checklist(PEO Appointment)

Hi All,

I have my appointment booked tomorrow(8th May) for TIER1 extension in Solihull PEO. I am taking following documents with me.

a) Completed Tier-1 General application ver. 04/12
b) 2 photographs with name on back
c) UKBA self assessment Calculator online
d) Payslips and bank statements for last 10 months(I had gap in employment and 10 months earnings is sufficient for me to qualify)
e) Last 3 months bank statement
f) Passport

Finally PEO appointment print out

I am taking below docs as well.Just in case case worker asks I will have them to submit
a) Original Educational qualification

Could anyone please confirm? Kindly advise if I would need anything else to proceed with my application.

Also I understand applying for dependent separately is cheaper - Please correct me, if I am wrong.

Yes this is cheaper.But any legal restriction ?

200 pound less if depandent apply separately.

chandu_246, Your documents look fine.

I will leave your second question for someone else to answer, as I'm not aware of the difference in cost and whether it is advisable to apply seperately or not.

How dependants can extend their stay

If you have dependants who wish to remain with you in the UK, you or they should complete the separate dependant application form. You can download this form from the right side of this page.

Each dependant should state on their application form whether they are submitting their application at the same time as your application.

They should also state the category under which you have made an application.
