Premier service a scam?

Am I seeing something wrong - this seems so illegal.
Because I fly in and out of the UK, I can not post my documents and wait.
So I will pay more for the premium 'in person' 'same day' service.

You must book a appointment date - But there are NONE available, ever.
The 'Visa Companies' take all the dates, so now you have to PAY THEM for the date as well as pay their fee's.

So I pay the Government extra to book the date. And then have to purchase that date from a visa company. The guy I talked to even said, 'you will not get a date on your own, we (the industry) get them all'.

It is like scalping concert tickets.

Try logging in at exactly 23.50 and keep trying. The slots open at 00:00.
If you aren't able to book on the first day, try the day after.
