got acknowledgement letter but NO fee deducted..

got acknowledgement letter but NO fee deducted..

hi please advice me.

Applied on 30/03/12 .... got acknowledgement on 28/04/12
BUT no fee deducted.... infact UKBA did not present cheque at bank.

I called UKBA but they said we dont know just wait.

some 1 told me if no fee been deducted ....application can be invalid.

applied on 3/4/12
ack received 8/5/12

same is happening in my case, fee not deducted , gave details for my credit card ,called my bank and they confirmed that no one even attempted to get the money.
this process is full of stress .. any advice ppl ?/

spoke to my lawyer according to him i should relax the delay might be from them not cause of me ,but am not sure may be we should send bank draft but again i don't think it can be done now.
any one whit the same situation and got over it plz replay back

worse can be application can be invalid and we might get delayed,but good news is one can still get the visa ,after a long fight.brv just hope for the best and best will happen.

i got letter from HO that my payment didn t go through and now i send them the payment detail again ... dont worry they will contact u ...

ok, hope they will send me the letter aswell, when did u received the letter ,i mean after how many days from you received the ack letter you received this payment letter?
