Query:FLR(0) seccton 6.1: First enter the UK?

Hello friends
I got an appointment at Croydon on 17th may for ILR. I filled up the form but I just confused in section 6.1 where it says
When did you (main applicant ) first enter the uk? This refers to the date of your first entry on to the uk at the beginning of he period of stay on which this application is based on.

I came on Working Holiday Maker visa on 23/04/2006 (2yr) which I can't count that time to apply for ILR . Roughly after 1 yr I got work permit . After that I went to my country to visit and I came back on 28/10/2007 .

My actual work permit was started on 12/06/2012 - so in section 6.1 which date I have to fill up .

Need urgent Advice

Any suggestions will be Appreciated.......
