Change of Circumstances Query

Post by venkat82 » Sun May 13, 2012 6:21 pm

Hi all,
I had applied dependant visa for my new born last year in December and got it approved successfully. Now i am due for extension soon. When reading through T-er-1 general guidance i read the following:
167. If during your stay under Tier 1
(General), you wish to amend:
• Your contact details; or
• Details of your criminal convictions; or
• Your representative’s details; or
• Your dependants details

Do i need to require to fill this and send it to Sheffield office?.Can anybody throw light on this.

Thanks
venkat

But what is the "change in circumstances" here - that you have a query about.
Child was born and he has been issued leave. What has changed after that?

Hi Sush,
Thansk for your reply. There is no change in the details with respect to my dependant.

Your dependants details - I thought i need to inform them about the dependant details.I guess i need to tell them only if there is a change in the details when compared to what i got initially.Correct me if i am wrong.

Exactly ... and nothing has changed since the most recent application (your child's leave to remain application). So, no need for anything.
