ILR Appointment at Croydon on 15.05.2012 at 12:40 PM

Post by yvr_1978 » Mon May 14, 2012 2:49 pm

Hi
I have appointment for ILR at Croydon PEO on 15.05.2012 at 12:40 PM. I am worried to attend because lot of people faced IT issues from afternoon since few weeks.
On 10th May Solihull was office closed due to strike, Security guy asked me to come back this week with same reference number.
shall i attend croydon tomorrow or Go to Solihull?
Any suggestion please?

Thanks,
YVR

I recommend Solihull if you have the opportunity. From what people have been saying here, Croydon seems to be the worst one. Wish I had gone to Solihull.

Good Luck,

Go to Solihull and avoid Croydon at any cost.

Just something to bear in mind, based on other forum member threads I'd say if your application is straight forward go for Solihull. If not, i.e. meaning it would require Senior Case Worker attention then Croydon would be the better option - even with all the Issues.

Hi Umesh,

Your old appointment will not be cancel automatically when you use re-schedule appointment. Once your new appointment successful, old one will be cancelled.

Good Luck.

Thanks

Correction...
when you change your appointment, the system will first cancel your existing appointment and then search for any available appointments... just a heads up!
I know this cos I've done this kind of mistake myself... :(

should I add its a rubbish system!!!
