Is copy of tenancy agreement required for FLR(HSMP)?

Post by Ashwin2005 » Sun Dec 03, 2006 11:53 am

Can anyone provide information on if copy of tenancy agreement needs to be attached with FLR(HSMP)? I do have the copy of tenancy agreement, but I don't want to attach if it is not really required.

You still need to provide evidence that you can "maintain and accommodate" yourself without recourse to public funds.

You should attach your tenancy agreement as evidence of suitable accommodation.
