It's not an easy time when you have all this immigration stuff on your mind but as i said before Allah has alot to give and he will give us our happiness and there is always a reason for everything we just dont understand yet.

The day he gets here you will forget all the wait you have had to go through.

I thought that it would be good to attach them as it would show them that I'm not completely uneducated.

Thanks in advance
My lawyer recommend me to attach as much as you can evidences but originals.

It wont affect your wive's visa. You are free to go and do what you want.

Looking at your timeline, your wife should hear something by the end off next month insha'allah.

Waiting for result.

You have a good case then if you pay for him that means he gone back willingly so they will close his old case and your will be a fresh claim

Zully
How can you say they have a good case when a person is arrested for illegally over staying /working and then arrested and held in detention. There is more chance of him being refused than allowed back. There is even a possibility of a 10 yrs ban for such things. Furthermore jut because OP has paid for his fares back home does not mean he went back willingly. There is more chance of him being deported because of what he has done.

Batleykhan...

She has never claimed that he has got a ban. If he had got a ban do you really think some one would go back and get married.

The home office give your passport in and it gets stamped with a 10 year ban. I am sure she would not had gone back and got married knowing he was banned. so there fore by reading her statement i made a assumption. The home office was not to concerned with him working other wise he would have been banned

As you a UK resident you have the right to do what you want so long as it doesnt go against the laws off the land.

You can go Pakistan as many times as you want, but the only problem we would have is finding the time off work but other than that you're free to do what you want.

You don't get a ban when you are deported from the UK. Your passport does not get stamped. Its only when they reapply to re-enter UK as a spouse, there is a possibility that he can be refused or be banned depending on what he has stated in application or done in the past.

CharlotteRahman,

Your situation is a very complex one and my immediate thoughts are, if your husband potentially married you to get back to the UK, based on the stuff you've said that's how it appears.

You are definitely best off getting expert advice and not the run of the mill advice we provide.

Explain the situation to one of the experienced moderators, who may be able to help you out. If not, then consider an immigration lawyer.

@*Y3NVY*

like i mentioned before we are looking about the same time.. from previous examples over 60 days benchmark..

i am a bit confused why some are taking longer they do mention Each case is separate.. you will maybe the ones above us are possibly complicated cases?

Can anyone mention from the ones that are over 60 days InshAllah visas will be granted
