UN-MARRIED PARTNER

Post by okn » Sat Dec 02, 2006 3:04 pm

Hi,

I tried hard but I could not reach 75 after system has been changed.
My fiancee is going to apply to HSMP and I will be her un-married partner.
Would you pls advise me if someone knows about below questions.

1) Do I still have to macth 75?
2) What evidance should I give them?
3) Will I get HSMP or WP?
4) My fiancee is going to come to London 1 years latter (if she gets the HSMP), can I enter to The UK before her as her un-merried partner?

Thanks a lot,
Okan

Merhaba Okan,

I d like to write answers below

1) Do I still have to macth 75?
If your fiancee will apply you dont need to reach 75 points.

2) What evidance should I give them?
Anything you have. Your relationship should be 2 years from the date you apply. Photos, shared bills bank account, travel documents exc.,

3) Will I get HSMP or WP?
You ll get HSMP,

4) My fiancee is going to come to London 1 years latter (if she gets the HSMP), can I enter to The UK before her as her un-merried partner?
I dont think she will keep HSMP if she waits 1 year to enter. I guess she will have 3 months or something like that .. When you have the viza there is no obligation like you have to enter to gether. Coz you will have vizas separately on your passports.

Salıcakla..

not quite true... If your fiancee is not already in the UK then you cannot travel before the main applicant on the HSMP visa...

Others feel free to correct me..
