can apply SET(M) immediate after FLR(M)?

Post by smk199 » Sat May 19, 2012 4:53 pm

Hi guys

Main applicant ILR 10 years long residence applied waiting from HO.
Dependent wife got PEO next month for FLR(M).she is in country since 2008 got 2 kids born in UK (but will apply for ILR not for BP).

So soon after getting ILR of main appl.
can dependent they apply for SET(M) immidiate after getting FLR(M) success?
or she has to wait for 2 years again on FLR(M). then apply for SET(M).
As she already completes 2 years as a Tier 1 dependent!

please answer sorry if this questions is raised before.....

thanks

There are many sub-categories within Tier 1.

If you are currently a migrant in a PBS category that does not lead to settlement, then no.
Otherwise, yes.
