Biometrics done as Tier2. Required again?

Hi,
Biometrics for self and wife(dependent) were given as Tier2 applicant in India(2009).
I didn't give further biometric when I changed from Tier2 to Tier1-general while in the UK(2010). But, I don't have a BRP card.
Questions:-
1.Do I need to worry about biometrics when I apply for T1 extension this year?
2. If I do not need to give my biometrics again do I need to bring along my dependents(wife + 8 months baby) to the PEO centre?

1. You need to give biometrics again
2. Your wife and child will also need to attend if they are applying. Your child will not need to give fingerprints but will have a digital photograph taken.
