Hi,

Ia m looking for the list of documents needed for Dependent ILR. In this case it is going to be my partner. It is being applied from UK, I am on ILR and she finished two years in UK as partner/Tier 1 Dependent visa in Feb 2012.

Sorry this forum is bit different then others and could not find full document list. Thanks.

There is no "ILR dependant" cateogory, but "spouse of British citizen/settled person".

My wife entered UK in Feb 2010 on Tier 1 Dependent, later i got ILR and she moved to Dependent Visa which is valid for another year or so. But we want to apply it now, is she eligible ?
I think 2 years is the limit, but at some places I see 27 months, what is that all about ?

There are many sub-categories of Tier 1. Which one were you in UK under?

Which "dependent visa" did she move on to? and what is "it" that you refer to?

Why would a settled person need (another) ILR?

Sorry for the Confusion here....

I am on ILR. My wife is on Partner Visa, she is applying for ILR now.

I wanted to check does she need to be in the UK for 2 years?

She was earlier Tier 1 General Dependent. Hope this helps.

Thanks.

She may apply for settlement as and when she completes 2 years in the UK as Tier 1 (General) dependant + spouse of settled person (287(a)(i)(d)).
