Yeah I agree that it may be issued and still they would not post it. My spouse got his EEA1 resident card 2 months after it was issued!.

If I were you I would request for passport back and it will probably come with the RC.

Who knows...

9 weeks or 62 days and still no COA...I am trying to be patient but this is ridiculous. My husband needs to work and it's not fair. I'm happy for everyone on this board because of course I understand how hard it is to wait but how can it be that people who applied a month ago got their COA already and we applied mid-March and have yet to hear anything?

I called last week and the lady told me that my request (I sent 3 emails and never got a response back) had been passed on to the team. This is not really much comfort. I just sent another email now saying if I don't get a response or some sort of indication what the problem is I will be in touch with my MP. I don't like to threaten but it's not fair.

We have a straight-forward situation and all I'm asking for is a COA - all they need to do is confirm they received the application. It can't take over 2 months to sift through 10 (or however many) pieces of paper!
