So your company did not give you any packages on travel information before employing you ?mpc wrote:Hello Everyone !
I have Irish travel document for stateless person and I am truck driver.
My question, do I need to get UK visa to deliver goods to UK and collect backhaul to Ireland?
If yes, where do I start to apply?
Many Thanks !
Mark
Yes, you do require a Visa for the UK............holding an Irish Travel Document does not mean that you are exempt from Immigration procedures within the Common Travel Area because, ultimately you are Non-Eu Citizen.mpc wrote:Hello Everyone !

It is required, since you'd be working in the UK. Where the company is registered is irrelevant.mpc wrote:Ben wrote:Further, you would need permission from the UK authorities (by way of a work permit) to engage in economic activity in the UK.
No thats not required since I am employed by Irish company.
But thank you everyone for help.
no its not, I already have the visa now and they said its not require since I am working in Ireland delivering goods to UK and EU.Ben wrote:It is required, since you'd be working in the UK.
