I had missing credit card payments too and it was showing DEFAULT on my credit report, I got my application approved no bother.
As long you not had any ccj's issued in your name, you'll be ok.

Hi there, that's what I checked when I applied and my credit report but you can still apply for CRB if you like for your own satisfaction.

Thanks for your help - friend12345,
I think the above will be enough but still you are right to for CRB
But its a long process to apply for CRB its not quick as the above.
If the above information is enough i would like to avoid CRB.

Well to be honest with you, I relied on this information and didn't do CRB or anything else, I even had 3 points issued on my Licence in 2008 by court, not sure if it was classed as '' unspent conviction '' or not, but I still got my ILR and Naturalisation approved no bother.
Good Luck
