I have my Tier 1 extension POE appointment next month. I just want to confirm that do i need such (tuberculosis /TB/chest X-RAY ) report for Tier 1 visa extension.

The new measures mean migrants wanting to enter the UK for more than 6 months, from 67 countries with a high incidence of TB, will need to be screened before they are granted a visa for the UK.

You have already entered UK! You are not applying for a visa ... but leave to remain.
