Life in UK test exempted at time of ILR, how about at BC

Me and Wife was exempted from LIT UK at the time of ILR that was last year oct 2011, We now going to apply for naturalisation this October 2012 .

Do we have to give LIT uk now before we apply for naturalisation.

why was she exempted?

mittal_siddharth: did you apply under HSMP(JR) category. That’s the only reason I can think of why you didn’t have to take LiUK test at the time of ILR. But at the time of Citizenship, you do need it.

in that case would agree with Vinny's post (Linkers a person may also be exempt from the LIUK test due to age/mental incapacity)

Thanks Greenie. I knew about this but thought if they were both exempted, then it would be very unlikely that they both had any disability.
