Contacting them makes no difference. You better just wait because it has to be delivered at home
Yes it doesn't makes much difference but by contacting through if they confirm you, yes we have a delivery for u, then at least u can stay at home waiting for the man and can plan your day accordingly. Especially for those who are working, they surely don't want to miss the delivery.

Hi Guys,

So does this mean that the processing times given on the UKBA website is not right ? I have been checking this constantly for the last five weeks and every day (until today) it says they are currently considering applications where the applicant attended a biometric appointment on or before the 12th March! This date never seems to change at least for the fast five weeks.

Since some people on this thread who attended a biometric appointment after this date have got their documents this does not seem right. As usual they are not even able to tell whether it is updated correctly or not. Such a rubbish service. I think equal and fair rights should start from the UK border agency service!

Tihod: How do you came to know that the delivery is today for you. Is there any tracking or mail facility for that???

Hi

I also emailed DX to see if they had anything (and to change the address to a work address so that we dont have to get it redelivered), but they didn't have it yet.

I suppose I will just keep checking each day until they have something! We are due to travel next week (Weds) so I'm really hoping we get the documents back before then!!

yesterday I posted this link for you kumar, I think u missed it. anyhow here is the one way to contact DX. they reply within 1 hr usually sometime in 10 min too.

via e-mail, tracking@securemail.co.uk. We will need your full name, address, Post Code and who the sender of the item is (if you know this).

Sender is UKBA but item is ICFN (Identity card for foriegn nationals), you can tell DX that it's an ICFN item or a biometric card from UKBA and they will ask your surname and postcode to find your details.
