Tier 1 Dependant Maintenance

My husband is on PSW visa and living in uk for 2 years. I am in home country and want to apply for dependant visa. my question is, how much must i maintain in my bank account as maintenance funds?

533£s if you are applying before 14th June and 600£s if you are applying after 14th (For 90 Days)

£800 is your husbands maintenance and £533 will be for you. therefore to be on the safe side £800+£533

HTC is spot on. you only need 533 at the moment... there is nothing calld safe side. here are the proof

I was on my student visa from September 2010 and now on PSW from April 2012. Will my student visa count towards those 'more than 12 months in UK' rule or I have to show £1600?

Yes.. you'll have to maintain £533.. after june 14 it should be £600

I am in uk for more than 12 months and my wife submitted her dependent application on 13 june 2012 in India. i showed only 560 pounds as maintenance funds in my account that i have maintained for 3 months. is it ok or must i have shown 800 for me as well?[/code]
