Address on tier 1 extension form - Clarification

i filed my tier 1 extension and i have provided three addresses covering from aug 2010 till date....as i came to UK in aug 2010 - i though we only had to provide the UK address......

can someone please clarify if i need to provide the Indian adress as well...as if i take the count of month from aug it comes to be - 21 and a half month

and if i i hav to provide the address then how we can update the address details???>

my leave expires in another two weeeks....

I guess the form says that you need to provide all addresses covering the last 2 yrs. It does not say that you need to provide only UK addresses.

@QuickSam - is it required to provide address proofs for all of them. Specially for my case, the first address is the indian address that is falling under the last 2 yrs - so should I have to include the address proof of that?
