Can I prepone my travel after geting Schengen Visa?

I got the Schengen Visa today validity starting from today. I planned to travel on 1st June, and landing in Paris on 2nd June 2012.
Now when I already got the visa, can I change my date of travel to France may be on 30th?

within the validity you can travel as you like.

Also pay attention to the amount of days the visa is valid!

You can go today if you like because your visa is valid from today.

BTW, I love the word prepone. Reminds me of India.
