Just checking in to see when you eventually got your ILR ? We also paid £3444 incl 3 dependants and feel "robbed" for not receiving anything but frustration in return ?

Hi Friends
My BRP cards turned up the very next day of receiving the approval letter. Bit of confusion wrt delivery ( why am i not surprised ) , they had sent mine and my wife's card to office and my sons to my residence address
Anyways..its all done now.. good luck and prayers for all those who are waiting.. if its a strightforward case then i see the wait time to be 10 working days

Hi Does any one have the contact number to follow up, for people who went for PEO at croydon and still waiting to hear ?
I am trying to contact them but no valid numbers to talk to anyone. Any other option ?

they don't give any updates on the phone. they ask to mail a letter or fax your requests to them. not helpful though, as they don't bother to reply promptly anyway. I posted mine on May 10th, still nothing.

I thought so too. waiting since May 3. moreover, when I called and asked if I can cancel and collect my documents from Croydon, they said my documents are not in Croydon now. they refused to give any further information. I thought my application is very straightforward.

This must be like a nightmare for you...
"...docs not in croydon..."; I thought that Croydon is the head office, who else is above these guys, 10 downing street!
You are a clear victim of the so called "IT Issues"
I recommned to complain (obviously once its all done and smoke has setteled) and also take it to FOS, you can claim the (some) money back (I think i read it somewhere on this forum, may be this same thread, cant remember).
Good luch with the outcome and hope the waiting aint that long...

I did file the complain with UKBA on the 10th. they replied saying it'll take them 20 working days to reply my complain
crazy hah? I wrote my MP too, no answer yet. my work mailed them a letter asking to escalate as I have to travel for work - no answer yet. I cannot do nothing any more, just wait and hope for the best.

Good news, did you choose to collect from home office or you picked the option to send via Post ?
