hello,

I am on student visa in UK now and applying for HSMP

On the 1st page of the form, its asked

COUNTRY OF LEGAL RESIDENCE:

Would it be India or UK

You will be legal resident only if you've completed 181 days in the UK, otherwise, your country of residence is India
