Hi,

Can you please provide what should be entered in the L3 of PBS DEPENDENT APPLICATION FORM FOR TIER 1?

Here's the fields on the form on page 28 of 54 -
L3. Reference number of the main applicant’s most recent application to us:
L4. Date of the main applicant’s most recent application to us:

I am applying as a dependent with my husband as main application at the same time in the same envelope.

This is the reference number from the main applicants last application. Leave it blank if you don't have it.
L4. Date of the main applicant’s most recent application to us:This is the date when you sent your last application to UKBA, but again leave it blank if you don't remember it.

It is the on the correspondence letter received from HO when you sent your previous application
