Tier 1 (PSW) dependant visa

hi Everyone!
hope u all doing fine,

just read few posts regarding maintenance funds for a dependent visa outside of Uk and got confuse

SITUATION: i am currently maintening 1500£ ( 900 + 600) main + dependent respectively... according to new rules ( after applying 14th june)

1:
i have been here for last 6 years and recently went to home country for marriage for a month and 10 days( 16th march - 26th april) . now back in uk. soo according to that gap, are these funds are oka? if applying after 14th june? as i just started maintaining these and hopefully complete 90 days in mid of AUG. please advise. also i got psw inside of the UK.

2: its a bit complicated, my company can sponsor me,but my current salary is 16,500£ /annum( job title : system provisioning support analyst)....after psw ( expiry date: may-13), i wana switch to tier 2....soo is tht 20k salaray is necessary to show??
3: if above condition not met, then can i show remaining 3,500£ from some other resource ( any job ) .

4. any other way after psw?? except tie2?

i will left with 9-10 months visa when i will apply for dependent visa... is that visa time oka? to get a dependent visa?

hello everyone,


is there any english language requirment for a PSW dependent visa ( outside Uk)

also is there any thing missing from the following docs for this visa.

passports, bank statmnt, marriage certificates, marriage fotos, house contract at uk, bills, ..... one more thing the main applicant is living in uk does it requird to send tested passport photo copy? where to get testification??
if any thing i am missing please help
