Tier-1 extension.Plz help

Hi All,
I am on a permanent employment inUK and i am due for extension by july15th(my visa expiry date is august 16th2012).
Unfortunately my company is getting acquired in a week and i might lose my job due to handover.I might get max june salary and i will be out of job during july/august searching for new job.I have the required points for extension with my May salary itself.

Now my doubt is when i apply for extension do i need to be working.What to fill in the employer details for previous earnings verification?.I am quite concerned as i cant go for extension now as my maintenance funds time limit will end by july 10th.Plz share your advice on this.

No, you merely need to have scored sufficient points from your previous 12 months.

Apply in July as normal, provided you score sufficient points based on the salary received till June, you should be fine.
